Prizebank Promotions Terms and Conditions.

1. Entrants must be residents of Australia or New Zealand and 18 years of age or older. Employees of Prizebank and any related companies, along with their families are not eligible to participate.
   
   
2. One entry will be given for each completed survey at Prizebank.com.au
   
   
3. Entrants completing a survey for another individual warrant that they have sought and received their permission, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Prizebank.
   
   
4. Prizebank does not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Illegible or incomplete
   entries will be deemed invalid whether they are a result of website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.
   
   
5. Prizebank assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access
   to or alteration of entries, but will use reasonable effort to ensure this does not happen.
   
   
6. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stated.
   
   
7. Independent financial advice should be sought, as Prizebank accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Prizebank, it’s employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), resulting from or in any way connected with the competition and/or its prizes.
   
   
8. Prizebank reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of registrations and entrants (including a entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by Prizebank to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
   
   
9. Pending written directions from a regulatory authority, should a prize be unavailable, Prizebank at it’s own discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
   
   
10. Entry into the competition shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry and is deemed approval to use the winners’ name(s) and photograph(s) for publicity purposes unless you notify us in writing otherwise. Prizebank’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All surveys received become the property of the Prizebank.
    
    
11. All minor Prizebank Monthly Promotion winners will automatically go into the yearly Major cash draw.
    
    
12. Prizebank Monthly Promotion
    The Prizebank monthly promotion commences 01.11.12. Entries close 11.59 EST on the 31.10.13.
    Draws will take place at 90 Bronte Road, Bondi Junction, Sydney, NSW 2022.The winner will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the name of the winner of the prize will be published on the Prizebank website each month. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

• The Prizebank Major Promotion commences 01.11.2013. Entries close 11.59 EST on the 31.10.12. The winner will be drawn at 11am 01.11.13 at 90 Bronte Road, Bondi Junction, Sydney, NSW 2022.
  The winner will be notified by mail, email and telephone and the name of the winners name of the major cash prize will be published on the Prizebank website.
